Stretching between an organization's product and service offerings and the consumer audience they seek to reach, is a huge informational gap. That gap exists because consumers are given several inconsistent branding messages. Disjointed design, unclear and unfocused marketing messages, and poor overall business deliverables all contribute to this disconnect. This confusion alienates the target audience from truly understanding, trusting, and personally relating to an organization and its core offerings. This results in an unclear, inconsistent, and unplanned message that damages the value of an organization's brand.
JPED Consulting brings an expertise to helping organizations identify and analyze new opportunities to grow and expand market penetration, distribution channels, product sales, and profitability.
JPED Consulting helps companies identify their best practices, while guiding them in

Great marketers know how to make their business competitive from a product, operations,
and management standpoint. They know the importance of marketing that effectively separates
their products/services from the competition in the minds of their customers.
What is a brand? A brand can be described or considered a piece of real estate that an
organization, a person or a product occupies in another persons mind as well as the related
impressions it, he or she leaves behind. The brand reflects the value, invites relationship,
projects ideas, and defines the personality; all of which combine to invite an audience to
participate.
Developing creative advertising is only part of the solution. Truly effective marketing
campaigns come from a combination of a focused message targeted to the right demographic
with the right promotional merchandising.
Marketing has the main responsibility for achieving profitable revenue growth for the
company. Marketing must identify, evaluate and select market opportunities and lay down
strategies for achieving eminence if not dominance in target markets.
Ask these questions. What strategic conversation will capture the imagination and attention
of your stakeholders and win their support?
- Whom MUST you talk to?
- What do they need to know?
- How can you reach them?
- How should they respond?
Ask these questions:
- What is your purpose?
- Why do you exist?
- Whom do you serve?
- What value do you deliver?
- Why do you matter?
- What is your ambition?
Strategy is a long-term plan of action designed to achieve a particular goal. It is about
making choices. The essence of strategy is developing and performing activities in a way
your competition has not seen. Strategy is not doing something better. Strategy is doing
something deliberately, effectively, and differently than anyone else.
In a busy landscape of choices, few things engage our senses for long. Quality and
significance are rare in a world riddled with distractions. When it comes to the business
of effectively communicating who you are and what makes you unique, there is a delicate
mix of science and art, facts and opinions, promise and performance.
“Branding happens. You will be branded. People will have an impression of you and your company or your offering…better to create the impression you want your audience to have than to allow them to create their own impressions”
– Andrew Chapman, 2002
