THE PROCESS

At JPED Publishing Group, our publishing model follows a simple four step process. We tailor all of our services to fit your need and budget. Whether you are starting from scratch with an unedited manuscript, or you simply need a distribution plan for the books you already have in print, JPED can come along side of you at any stage of the process and provide you with the tools and consultation that you need to reach your publishing goals.

1. Writing Consultation and Editing –
We work with you, step by step, in offering feedback, editing, and style comments until your manuscript is ready for publication.

2. Title, Cover Design and Interior Layout Consultation –
We assist you with creative suggestions for the title of your book, and we use professional graphic designers to design the cover. As the author, your input is a valued part of this process; from conception all the way through to the final design.

3. Printing –
We partner with you in the initial print run. We decide together how many copies you need to print for initial sales and distribution, and you decide how many you wish to keep for your own distribution. You, as the author, are the publisher and sole owner of your book. We help you with strategy and effort to accomplish what it is you want to accomplish. You pay for all costs of getting your book published and we make sure you get the best printing price and quality possible, regardless of the quantity being printed. We make no markup on the printing.

4. Sales, Marketing & Distribution –
We create an appetite for your book and help provide the distribution so consumers can go wherever they want to eat!
